Is it thy will, thy image should keep open
My heavy eyelids to the weary night?
Dost thou desire my slumbers should be broken,
While shadows like to thee do mock my sight?
Is it thy spirit that thou send'st from thee
So far from home into my deeds to pry,
To find out shames and idle hours in me,
The scope and tenor of thy jealousy?
O, no! thy love, though much, is not so great:
It is my love that keeps mine eye awake:
Mine own true love that doth my rest defeat,
To play the watchman ever for thy sake:
For thee watch I, whilst thou dost wake elsewhere,
From me far off, with others all too near.

The Forsyte Saga

Fleur Forsyte: Well you don't know my father, he expects so much of me. By the time you're finished living up to it you might as well be dead.
Jon Forsyte: Yes life's so short. I want to live forever and know everything.
Fleur Forsyte: Love everybody
Jon Forsyte:No, I only want to love once.

Connoisseur

Here is a record of all the fanlistings I have joined, subjects of which I am a connoisseur ;)

Showing listings under the Films category...

Love Actually

Subject: Love Actually
Reason: This star-studded UK feel-good film is one of my favourites. It features some beautiful, touching performances and so many plot lines I dare anyone to get bored. A modern classic.

Sense and Sensibility

Subject: Sense and Sensibility
Reason:

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

Subject: The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Reason: I first stumbled across this essential, explicit rite-of-passage musical on stage when I was 15 and fell in love with its aura: it has rock, classic cinema and erotica all rolled into one giant fun-filled package. Plus being in the audience at a performance of The Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of the friendliest, most welcoming places I've ever been.

The Worst Witch

Subject: The Worst Witch
Reason: TV Film of my favourite book as a child. I remember waiting for this films first broadcast at Hallowe'en and loving it.
